- Rob H Added December 01, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This Medical Centre is very dirty and dated. The bathroom facilities were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time . When I arrived for my appointment, they had no record of it (I proved via my mobile phone call history that I had called the correct medical centre several days prior) . The vibe I got from this place was not good from the moment I walked in.

I am here to name the doctor, Pramod Sankpal. I would go so far as to say that he does not deserve to be called a doctor！He doesn't know how to do it. He doesn't do it. He was out to cheat, cheat Medicare, cheat insurance. I went to see the doctor for my back pain, but he wouldn't examine me at all me. I described my symptoms to him and did not respond. I think as a doctor,At least you should ask me where it hurt, how it hurt, what is the situation, and only ask me if you want a sick leave certificate! I had
to go to another doctor's appointment right away, and this fake doctor's appointment is not going to happen again.
The 5 star reviews are fake !
Dr Pramod Sankpai not only is rude but he wouldn't even listen to me. I'll be making a formal complaint with the Health Ombudsman and Medicare as I believe they're scamming Medicare. My appointment only went for 10mins Max and he gave me a prescription for some medicine I don't need or want.If you sick,do not go here, they seem to treat you like you're not welcome. - James Grimmer Added November 26, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Just happy to be able to get seen by a doctor and not have to wait weeks definitely recommend
